Head of Operations
Mr. Francesco “Frank” Manuel Ferreira De Abreu, is a Certified Skilled Worker Class 1: (Panel Beater). He completed
his Apprenticeship in 1973 with Besant & Jeffery (Pvt) Limited. He has practical hands-on experience spanning
with well over 40 year in the Panel Beating, Spray Painting and Automotive industries.
Marketing & Business Development Manager
Peter possesses a Class One Skilled Worker Certification in Motor Mechanics, and he has over 17 years practical
knowledge and experience in the field. He has worked for Quest Motor Corporation: as Workshop Foreman and
Training Officer: Chadleigh Motors: as Vehicle Service Specialist at Gaborone University College of Law
Workshop Manager
Benson is a qualified mechanic, who has significant experience in the motor industry. He started his career as an
assistance mechanic at Coach services at a younger age before he joined afentec Engineering Southerton area
Harare in 1995 where he was head of Mechanic Department. In 1996 he moved to Botswana and joined
Montenegro Engineering as a Mechanic for a year.
